4, 45-minute, confidential individual coaching calls with me each month via Zoom. I will help your teen understand why  they think and feel the way they do, as well as help them develop specific, action oriented skills that will address their concerns.

Although the details of your teen's sessions will remain confidential, this session will ensure you understand the work your teen is doing / has done, and will offer you insight into how you can support them ongoing.
